1. Carrying & Return Rollers
Rollers both carrying and return are made as per : ISO,UNI, DIN, AFNOR, FEM, BS, JIS and CEMA Standards.

- Bearing: Single & Double Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing 2RZ&2Z with C3 clearance.
- Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with Multi-stage Labyrinth and Retention Cap with Outboard Rubbing Flinger Seal. Special design and particular labyrinthine seal style prevent the corrosion by impurity, water and air etc
2. Impact Rollers
These are shock absorbing roller with additional rubber rings onsteel roller which are used at carrying of belt at the belt load point area.

3. Rubber Disc Return Rollers
Rollers with spaced rings are used to sustain and support the belt during its return section, where the conveyed material tends to stick to the belt or wherever there is a wear problem or tracking problem of the belt itself.

4. Spiral Return Rollers
Return rollers with helical rubber rings for self cleaning. Spiral rollers with steel springs are also option.

5. Composite Rollers
Composite Rollers is made with composite except the shaft. They have longer life in abrasives environment and no adhesion of carry back. Mining, Fertilizer, Chemical industry have better application of composite rollers.

6. Carrying Idler Roller Frames

7. Return Idler Roller Frames
